Hey y’all!
I realize it’s been awhile since something has been posted to the blog. We moved to Austin back in September and started a food truck. We hit the ground running, but we can talk more about that later. For now, I thought what better way to revive this blog by letting y’all in on something I’m really loving right now…
My family and I are learning that Austin in spring is pretty magical. The weather is perfect, the wildflowers are blooming everywhere, and there’s so much to do outdoors. I’m also loving the outfits I get to wear with this gorgeous weather!
Spring and summer have a way of making me want to pull out my linen clothing. Linens are such a timeless piece to me. They’re so easy and effortless. They’re easy to wear, easy to wash, and easy to care for. ((I don’t really consider myself a trendy person when it comes to fashion. Instead, I like to gather pieces of clothing that’ll be in my closet for years to come.))

I’m a bit of an old soul and linens make me feel like I can mix trends together and still have a timeless look. Enter in my friends at not Perfect Linen. They have been so amazing to work with. Every bag, item of clothing, and curtain that I have from them have outstanding quality.

not Perfect Linen is a family run business from Lithuania. Each item is hand made to order. I can’t help but have a heightened love for linens every time I look at the pieces they have to offer. Their mantra is “the beauty of linen is that it’s not perfect.” I just love that we as flawed humans get to embody such pieces that aren’t perfect.
